Consultation

At the consultation we will discuss each of the various requirements with you individually to ensure we get each detail as tailored as you would like.

Please bring to the consultation anything that will assist us in making your flowers exactly what you want. Bring images ripped out of magazines, your invitations, dress designs, fabric swatches, anything and everything!

We will recommend seasonal flowers that will complement the dress designs, offer advice on what style of arrangements and suggest clever ways of working around your budget. We will design different concepts for table decorations and give you unique ideas to consider.

Generally you can expect to spend up to an hour or an hour and a half, discussing the various aspects of the wedding and the flowers.

Quotation

Payment All weddings are quoted for on an individual basis, as each wedding has different requirements. Every quote is detailed with descriptions of the shape and size we had discussed as well as the flower varieties and colours, decided upon.

You can expect to receive your quote within 10dys of the consultation, we allow this time as we often need to check availability with the growers.

The quote gives you an opportunity to sign off the brief and point out if we have misinterpreted something. We can make changes and send through a revised quotation.

Once you are happy with the quote ring us and we will book your wedding date. A 10% deposit is required on booking the date. Full payment is required 2 days before the wedding. We prefer that these payments are credited to our bank account.

Ongoing Communication

It is our expectation to hear from you in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding day, please feel welcome to ring or email if there is anything you would like to add or change. We only ask that any changes are made up until two weeks prior to the wedding as we are unable at that point to change the order.

Delivery Services

We are happy for you to organise someone to collect the bridal party flowers from our studio, or we will deliver the flowers to you. We will personally deliver and set up arrangements required for venues, as we like to ensure everything arrives in the best possible condition, and if there is anything to be collected the next day this service is available. Delivery and collection services may incur an additional charge.

Thank you Bouquets

You may consider a gift bouquet is required for some valued guests, people who have played a special part in your life or in the wedding arrangements. We can either have them waiting to be given at the reception or we can organise to have them delivered with a gift card the week following the wedding.
